Mission Statement
2 Timothy 3:1-5 describes the perilous times we're living in. The world has people who don't have hope anymore, and as described by Jesus in Matthew 24:11-13, false prophets are among us, iniquity has increased, and the love of many is getting cold. The word of God has been distorted, and the church has become a place of entertainment instead of a place where people can go to worship to be enlightened and empowered by the word of God.
New Gardners Church Of God In Christ will be a church that speaks the truth in love, loving people and pointing them to their Savior, Jesus Christ. We will be the conduit to Jesus by teaching the word of God, witnessing and evangelizing, and meeting the spiritual and natural needs of the people in our community.
New Gardners will be a place where people can come and feel safe and loved and, most of all, know they are important in the eyes of our God. We have been called to greater works in the name of Jesus.
